This site handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Plain version below.

What is collected

Nothing you have to give. No account, no registration, no newsletter. Every page reads without submitting anything.

Analytics, automatically. Pages visited, time on page, the site or search that sent you, approximate location at city level, device type, browser and operating system. IP addresses reach the analytics provider truncated.

Cookies. Two kinds. Analytics cookies measure which pages get read. Affiliate tracking cookies record that a visit left through a particular link, so a commission can be attributed.

If you write in. The contents of the message and the address it came from.

What is not collected

No payment details, no identity documents, no casino credentials, no betting history, no balances. None of it passes through this site, because there’s no cashier here, no login and no connection to any operator’s systems.

Registration, deposits and KYC happen on the operator’s platform. Whatever you send them, including the ID and selfie their verification asks for, is covered by their privacy policy rather than this one. If a page on this site ever asks for a password, a card number or a copy of your ID, it is not this site.

Who it is shared with

Analytics provider. Aggregated usage data under their own terms.

Affiliate network and operator. The fact that a visit came from here, through tracking parameters in the link. Your identity is not passed from us.

Hosting provider. Standard server logs including IP address, retained briefly for security.

Nothing is sold. Nothing is handed to advertisers for profiling.

Cookies, and turning them off

Every browser can block or delete cookies, and most can do it per site.

Blocking analytics cookies changes nothing about how this site works for you. Blocking affiliate cookies also changes nothing for you, it only means a signup can’t be attributed here. Private browsing and browser-level tracking protection both reduce what’s collected.

How long it is kept

Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted automatically. Affiliate cookies expire on their own, usually within 30 to 90 days depending on the network. Correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and deleted afterwards.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write in and expect a reply within 30 days.

If the response is unsatisfactory, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Children

This site is for adults. Gambling in Australia is 18 and over, and nothing here is directed at anyone younger. No information is knowingly collected from minors.

This notice can be updated. The version shown is the current one.
